🍁TOS🍁

●1-Each commission can take anywhere from 2-3 days to 3 weeks to complete
●2-Payment is made via Paypal or Ko-fi. I do not accept returns after 40% of the artwork has been completed (Lineart) (And the refund will be 50% of the amount paid in commission)
●3-Any bad behavior will not be tolerated and I will have the full right to cancel your commission
●4-Be as direct and precise as possible in your descriptions, preferably, if possible, send images corresponding to your description.
English is not my main language, so I may end up misunderstanding certain things, please be kind🙏
●5-Payment will be made as soon as the sketch is delivered (in illustrations, payment is made 50% after delivery of the sketch, and 50% after the illustration is completed)
●6-Any changes will be made during the sketch/lineart phase. Any big /complex changes after this stage, an extra fee will be charged.
●7-If any of the above occurs, I will notify you as soon as possible.
●8-Send as many references as possible! The artist has no obligation to browse their social networks and look for references.
●9-If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever done for you will be taken away and you will be prohibited from hiring me ever again.
●10-Design updates will be sent every 1-3 days, and each progress must be approved by the commissioner so that I can continue. Otherwise, I ask you to be direct about the necessary corrections, which will be made at no cost until the lineart phase.

🍁COPYRIGHT/USE POLICY
●MY ART IS NOT FOR NFT!
●I, the artist, own all the rights to the art produced, not the commissioner (who commissioned it). Although you can't claim to have achieved it
●Therefore, I am authorized to use copyrighted art to; promote myself anywhere or on any website. To display it anywhere to my liking.
●The commissioner is authorized to use the art for personal purposes and/or promote himself with due credit to the artist
●Any copyright infringement will consequently result in the loss of all rights you had under the art.
●If you want to use my art commercially on logos, stickers, t-shirts, prints or anything marketable, a percentage of the profit will be paid to me which will be negotiated.
●●I ask that you not remove my watermarks or signatures!
